Axminster Tools, a national company based in Axminster are great.

They have a massive range of tools from industrial to hobby at competitive prices but I have found the service exceptional:

Having failed to read that the bolt securing a power saw blade was a reverse thread I sheared it off. The store rang their service dept and within 30 mins I not only had it repaired but with a new saw blade, FREE of charge. They also gave a lot of helpful advice.
