We have a problem at the moment that you may experience whereby if you try to set a password as a new member, or reset it, either using the Lost Password routine, or in your My Profile, never mind how good you make it, it gets rejected as Very Weak. It only seems to affect Windows PCs running Firefox, Chrome and Edge browsers (please let me know if you experience this on other systems). It does not seem to manifest itself on Apple products, so if, for example, you can do the password reset on an iPad, then you will be able to log in OK on a PC.
