Fin keel version with one fastidious owner from new (much loved and admired yacht).
Epoxied from new, 6 months afloat each summer (Kip Marina) and 6 months ashore, at home (with heater and de-humidifier) each winter – no mildew on hull carpet lining!
Standard layout with many extra thoughtful features:
Flexible table, with storage and two folding leafs
Two fold-up additional work surfaces in galley, solid teak chopping board cover to sink, sliding solid teak worktop over cooker (two burner hob and grill), crockery storage and cutlery drawer.
Catalytic heater, LED lighting, solid teak window surrounds internally.
Heads – standard layout with sea toilet and access to gas regulator from heads / wet locker.
Aft cabin with usual large double berth, one fixed and two opening ports, with LED feature lighting and large locker below cockpit locker (utilising a dead space most owners don’t realise is there!).
3 foresails – “blade” (2010) sheeted on coachroof to Barton clutches and 110% (2006) and 135% (2010) genoas, sheeted to Lewmar No 16 winches), loose footed mainsail (2006 with 3 reefs and Cunningham hole) sheeted via full width Barton track, Scooper and spinnaker (light and heavy sheets) to Lewmar No 6 winches.

Yamaha 8hp two-stroke outboard (major overhaul / service 2017) in standard H23 well.
Purpose built road trailer and standard Hunter cradle.
